Sara brings more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and currently serves as Vice President of Design. She leads the integration of design, storytelling, and proposal strategy across destinations, with a focus on scalable systems, brand consistency, and developing creative leaders. Outside of work, Sara is a proud mom to Ivy, an avid traveler, and a firm believer that great design (and a slightly dirty martini) can solve almost anything.
