Cohera team members step into president roles at SITE, PCMA, and MPI chapters in 2026

Cohera continues to strengthen its leadership presence across the meetings and events industry, with four team members stepping into President roles for leading industry associations in 2026: Jackie Ash (SITE Southern California), Kristin Green (PCMA Southwest & Pacific Chapter), Megan Martinez (SITE Minnesota Chapter), and Lana O’Neil (MPI Houston Area Chapter).

These appointments reflect both the caliber of talent within Cohera and the company’s commitment to advancing the meetings and events industry through leadership, collaboration, and service.

Jackie Ash has been named 2026 President of SITE Southern California. With more than 15 years of experience across corporate, legal, and incentive travel sectors, Ash is a hospitality and events leader known for building high-impact programs and long-term partnerships. As Director of Strategic Accounts at Cohera, she leads complex, multi-market programs at the intersection of client strategy, creative vision, and operational excellence.

Ash is passionate about strengthening member engagement and building meaningful connections within the chapter. “SITE Southern California has been such an important part of my professional journey, and it’s an incredible honor to step into this leadership role,” Ash says. “My hope is to help create an environment where members feel inspired, supported, and truly connected. When people have opportunities to build relationships, learn from one another, and contribute their ideas, we create a community that continues to grow stronger and more impactful for everyone involved.”

Kristin Green has been selected as 2026 President of PCMA Southwest & Pacific Chapter. With more than 16 years in the meetings and events industry, Green’s career is rooted in sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and large-scale event execution, particularly within the Las Vegas market. Green has worked closely with corporate clients, hotel partners, and destination stakeholders throughout her career, while also dedicating years of service to industry organizations focused on education and collaboration. At Cohera, Green serves as Director of Sales for Las Vegas, where she works closely with clients and partners to bring complex programs and destination experiences to life.

“This is such a dynamic time for our industry, and I’m excited to help lead a chapter that continues to evolve alongside it,” comments Green. “My goal is for members to feel supported, inspired, and proud to be part of a community that is constantly learning and growing together. By creating opportunities for collaboration, education, and meaningful connections across markets, we can continue building a chapter that reflects the energy and innovation of today’s event professionals.”

Megan Martinez continues in her two-year term as President of the SITE Minnesota Chapter. With a career rooted in incentive travel, strategic client partnerships, and large-scale program leadership, Martinez has built a reputation for bringing people together through thoughtfully designed experiences and strong industry relationships. At Cohera, Martinez serves as Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts, where she leads strategic client initiatives and works closely with partners to deliver impactful destination programs.

“I’m deeply honored to continue to serve as President of the SITE Minnesota Chapter,” Martinez says. “The incentive travel community is incredibly collaborative and inspiring, and this chapter has built something truly special. Our Board of Directors started has started the year energized and excited to continue creating opportunities for members to connect, learn, and grow while strengthening the relationships that make our industry so unique.”

Lana O’Neil has been named 2026 President of MPI Houston Area Chapter. With 15 years of experience in events and hospitality, O’Neil’s background spans sales, operations, strategy, innovation, and relationship building. Known for a collaborative leadership style and strong industry relationships, O’Neil brings a thoughtful, forward-thinking perspective to the role. At Cohera, O’Neil is a Senior Account Executive in Houston, where she partners with clients to design and deliver impactful destination experiences and event programs.

“MPI Houston has always been about bringing people together in meaningful ways, and it’s incredibly rewarding to have the opportunity to help shape what comes next for our chapter,” O’Neil remarks. “I’m passionate about creating opportunities for members to connect, grow, and feel engaged in the community around them. By strengthening partnerships and delivering meaningful education and experiences, we can continue building a chapter that supports our members and the industry as a whole.”
