Cohera today announced the appointment of Trina Roffino as Chief Executive Officer, effective August 3, 2026. This appointment builds on several significant milestones for Cohera, including the successful combination of 360 Destination Group and CSI DMC, the launch of the Cohera brand, and the addition of Destination South’s destination management business.
Trevor Hanks, who has served as CEO since Cohera’s formation, will transition to Head of Corporate Development while continuing to serve as a member of Cohera’s Board of Directors. In this role, Hanks will focus on strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and opportunities that expand Cohera’s capabilities and shape its long-term future.
“This is not a departure. It’s the next step in building the future for Cohera,” shared Hanks. “Creating Cohera has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. It also reinforced where I can make the greatest impact: building relationships, creating opportunities, and bringing great people and companies together. I’m excited to continue that work while helping guide Cohera’s future in this new role.”
Roffino brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in integrated creative and experiential marketing. She most recently served as President and CEO of The Marketing Arm, where she helped grow and transform the organization while leading award-winning brand experiences, live events, sponsorships, and integrated marketing campaigns for iconic brands including State Farm, PepsiCo, Morgan Stanley, and Novartis.
Throughout her career, Roffino built high-performing teams, fostered trusted client partnerships, and led with a commitment to culture, collaboration, and people.
“What attracted me to Cohera was not just the business opportunity. It was the people,” shared Roffino. “Every conversation reinforced the same themes: relationships, collaboration, care for clients, and pride in creating experiences people never forget. Those qualities cannot be manufactured. They are built over time by people who genuinely care. I’m honored to join this team and excited to build on the incredible foundation already in place.”
With a national presence spanning 50 destinations, Cohera blends local expertise, inspired design, and operational excellence to create experiences that connect people in meaningful ways. Clients will continue partnering with the same trusted teams and destination experts they know today, supported by an expanded leadership team focused on growth, innovation, and creating even greater value.
“Our commitment to our clients remains exactly the same,” said Roffino. “The relationships, trust, and high-touch service that define Cohera are at the heart of everything we do. This next chapter is about building on those strengths, finding new opportunities to create meaningful experiences, and continuing to raise the bar for what our clients can expect from their partners.”
