About the author

With more than 30 years in hospitality across the U.S. and Hong Kong, Stephen’s background in luxury hotels, theme parks, conventions, sporting events, and transportation management informs his approach to operational event excellence. He now heads Cohera’s special projects initiatives including leading the Strategic Logistics & Project Management team, a first for the DMC industry, to ensure a consistent client experience amongst our nationwide teams. To nurture his love of teaching and curiosity, he often travels, speaks at industry events, and brings people together through salons and intimate dinners at his home in Chicago.
