Wellness roadshow: Redefining corporate event experiences
From breathwork to bespoke water bars, Cohera turned wellness into a multi-city adventure that left attendees refreshed, inspired, and ready to bring balance to their own events.
Over the past several months, Cohera partnered with Caesars Entertainment Meetings and Events as the official DMC for the Wellness Roadshow, bringing every detail to life—from sourcing venues to handling logistics and designing immersive, wellness-forward experiences. This multi-city tour hit Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Seattle, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia, redefining how wellness fits into meetings and events for professionals across the country.
A fresh take on event wellness
Each stop turned wellness into an experience. Attendees enjoyed nutrient-rich tastings from Caesars’ Wellness menu, interactive education sessions, and grounding activities designed to nurture both mind and body. The spaces were thoughtfully curated to evoke calm and connection, showing that smart technology and design can make people feel genuinely cared for.

Words of wellness
Wellness wasn’t just about experiences—it was also about ideas. Emcee David T. Stevens® emphasized the link between employee well-being and company performance, noting that inclusive, supportive environments enhance learning, engagement, and satisfaction. Keynote speaker Nolan Nichols of A Million Dreams reinforced that consistency beats intensity, encouraging attendees to weave small, daily wellness practices into life—and into events—to shift from surviving to thriving.
The response was clear: attendees left refreshed, inspired, and ready to bring wellness into their own events. Several clients even began integrating wellness programming into upcoming conferences, proving that this is not just a feel-good add-on—it’s a strategic move.
Next stop: Your event
With Cohera’s creative production and Caesars’ vision, the seven-city Wellness Roadshow proved one thing: wellness isn’t optional—it’s essential. By turning well-being into a thoughtfully designed, immersive experience, Cohera helped create a blueprint for balance and connection in events nationwide.
The roadshow may have wrapped, but the ripple effect has only just begun.
