Event design renderings that bring creative concepts to life
See how Cohera’s Creative Services team uses event design renderings to transform inspiration into immersive experiences.
At Cohera, creativity doesn’t start on install day. It starts long before guests arrive—at the intersection of imagination and technology.
Our Creative Services team uses advanced rendering tools to bring ideas to life early, giving clients a clear, immersive preview of what’s to come. These visual concepts do more than look good. They help shape conversations, align vision, and ensure every design decision serves a purpose. The result? Events that feel intentional, layered, and unmistakably Cohera.
Below are a few recent renderings that showcase how our teams translate inspiration into experiences.
Colorful tropics
Inspired by the bold energy of the Florida tropics, this concept celebrates color, texture, and playful scale. The design centers around a statement bar that anchors the space while pulling cues from the surrounding environment. Overhead, painted monstera leaves transform the ceiling into an immersive canopy—inviting guests to look up, linger longer, and fully settle into the moment. It’s vibrant, unexpected, and effortlessly South Florida.

90’s beach bash
This nostalgic take on a beach bash leans all the way into the era—bold prints, layered color, and unapologetic fun. The focal point is a custom, two-story statement structure that feels equal parts throwback and spectacle. Designed to be interactive, the piece invites guests to climb, dance, and take in sweeping beach views while the party unfolds around them. Proof that when nostalgia is done right, it feels fresh again.

Groovy disco
Las Vegas after dark served as the inspiration for this modern disco moment. A four-post entrance structure reflects light from oversized disco balls, while subtle greenery nods to the desert landscape just beyond the Strip. The glow continues at the LED-lit welcome drink station—where cocktails are served, naturally, inside disco balls. It’s high-impact, high-energy, and unmistakably Vegas.

These renderings are more than just pretty pictures. They’re where big ideas start flirting with reality—long before the lights come up and the doors swing open.
