Trevor Hanks

From family start-up to industry powerhouse, Trevor’s been building toward Cohera his entire life.

Trevor has been in the DMC industry since age 10—literally. Born into the business as the son of the founders of an award-winning DMC, he grew up packing coolers, delivering props, and shadowing trip directors before most kids his age had figured out algebra. After a few years running programs on the road, he returned in 1996 to lead TMM (The Meeting Manager), helping grow the business and ultimately bringing it together with 360 Destination Group.

As CEO, Trevor helped bring another big idea to life: Cohera. He led the merger of two industry leaders into one bold new company, proving that when you bring together the right people with the right vision, you can create something even better than either could have been alone.

Now, as Head of Corporate Development, Trevor gets to focus on his favorite part—finding what’s next. Whether he’s exploring acquisition opportunities, building relationships with future partners, or helping great companies become part of the Cohera family, he’s always looking for the next opportunity to make Cohera stronger, smarter, and even more connected. For Trevor, growth isn’t just about getting bigger. It’s about bringing together great people who can do incredible things together.
