About
As Chief Business Operations Officer, Sue partners closely with Cohera’s President and executive team to strengthen organizational effectiveness and advance company-wide priorities. With oversight spanning risk management, compliance, legal operations, cybersecurity, and training, she brings clarity and confidence to the systems behind the scenes. Sue began her career in South Korea producing cultural festivals and international conferences before joining CSI DMC in 2002. After working across every department, she rose to General Manager, leading a multi-office operation generating approximately $60M in revenue. A CMP and DMCP with fluency in Korean and Japanese, Sue blends global perspective with operational rigor to help Cohera scale with intention.
