About
Craig launched his career in 1989 with industry leaders like Loews, Marriott, and Hilton, quickly rising through roles in operations, catering, and convention services before excelling in sales leadership. He went on to serve as Executive Director of Hilton Worldwide Sales, leading major segments of the organization, and later broadened his industry perspective as Vice President of Global Sales for Encore/PSAV. Since joining 360 Destination Group in 2021, Craig has focused on growth, operational efficiency, and team development. As COO of Cohera, he leads companywide initiatives that strengthen the organization while mentoring teams nationwide.Â
