Cara Pratt

Cara has spent the last 15 years shaping standout events across Greater Boston, earning a reputation as both a strategic seller and a trusted industry leader. Deeply embedded in the New England events community, she’s served on the boards of ILEA Boston and MPI New England and led as President of PCMA New England. Her work has earned national recognition—including PCMA’s Top 20 in Their Twenties, ADMEI’s Rising Star, and Connect Meetings’ 40 Under 40. In 2018, Cara became a partner at CSI DMC, where she helped fuel expansion and opened three new offices across the region. Today at Cohera, she blends local expertise with big-picture vision to build partnerships that last well beyond the closing reception. When she’s not showcasing New England, you’ll find her on a boat with her son and fiancé—or holding court with friends at her family’s bar.
