Ainsley thrives where creativity meets logistics. With experience on both the planner and supplier sides of the industry, she understands exactly what it takes to transform ambitious concepts into seamless live experiences.
As Executive Vice President of Events, she provides strategic leadership for Cohera’s event teams nationwide—ensuring consistency, creativity, and operational excellence across every destination.
Known for her ability to translate vision into reality, Ainsley plays a key role in shaping event standards, mentoring emerging leaders, and building collaboration across markets. She’s also a CMP, DMCP, and former President of MPI New England—because when she commits to something, she tends to go all in.
When she’s not leading teams, you’ll find her hiking, skiing, traveling somewhere new, or spending time with family and her dog, Sampson.
