About the author

Some careers follow a straight line. Jen’s has been anything but, and that is exactly what makes her a great match for Cohera. She stepped onto the fashion runway and cover pages of magazines starting at 15. With a strong desire to help others, she traded the spotlight for the operating room, earning her surgical technology degree with the goal of neurology and orthopedic surgeries. Eventually, hospitality came knocking, bringing her back into the land of entertainment. From managing entertainment and live productions to non-profit event planning, she made her journey into DMCs where she could combine all her knowledge in one place. With more than 25 years of experience in Las Vegas, she brings a rare perspective, one of understanding events from the spotlight to backstage and from client vision to operational reality. A CPGE – certified leader and passionate mentor, Jen is just as energized by developing people as she is about developing concepts here at Cohera.
