With more than two decades of experience leading creative, marketing, and experience organizations, Trina has built her career around one simple belief: when you invest in people, big ideas have a way of becoming unforgettable realities. She’s known for bringing together strategy, creativity, and collaboration to help teams do their best work—and have fun doing it.

Before joining Cohera, Trina spent 25 years with The Marketing Arm (TMA), ultimately serving as President and CEO. There, she helped lead one of the industry’s most respected agencies through growth, transformation, and acquisitions while proving that great culture and great business results go hand in hand.

As CEO of Cohera, Trina is building on that same philosophy. She believes the best experiences happen when talented people trust each other enough to dream bigger, challenge the expected, and create moments clients never forget. Her focus is simple: empower great people, spark bold ideas, and keep Cohera moving toward what’s next, without ever losing sight of the relationships that got it here.

Beyond the office, Trina is the Founder and Board Chair of Project Unbroken, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families after the loss of a parent to suicide. It’s a reflection of what matters most to her: showing up for people when it matters most and creating lasting impact far beyond the workplace.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Trina enjoying life in Texas with her family, spending time with her horses, or making memories with the people she loves most.
